This a list of options. Usually we do make your own so everyone can choose what they like.

Make Your Own

  • 1/2 pound Salmon – Sashimi quality (Cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 pound Tuna – Sashimi quality (Cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 cup Edamame (Shelled)
  • 1/4 cup Hijiki
  • 2 t Sesame oil
  • 1 t Sesame seeds
  • 2 t Soy sauce/Tamari
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 cup Quick Pickles
  • 1 Cucumber (Sliced)
  • 6 cups Cooked Rice
  • 2 cups Avocado salad
  • 1/4 cup Tobiko
  • 1/4 cup Ikura
  1. Toss 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sesame oil with tuna (leave salmon plain). Sprinkle with sesame seeds

  2. Follow Recipes for Quick Pickles, Avocado Salad, Sushi Rice

Lots of bowls and lots of deliciousness.
