Make Your Own
- 1/2 pound Salmon – Sashimi quality (Cut into pieces)
- 1/2 pound Tuna – Sashimi quality (Cut into pieces)
- 1/2 cup Edamame (Shelled)
- 1/4 cup Hijiki
- 2 t Sesame oil
- 1 t Sesame seeds
- 2 t Soy sauce/Tamari
- 1 Avocado
- 1 cup Quick Pickles
- 1 Cucumber (Sliced)
- 6 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 cups Avocado salad
- 1/4 cup Tobiko
- 1/4 cup Ikura
Toss 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sesame oil with tuna (leave salmon plain). Sprinkle with sesame seeds
